电影英语

电影英语常用单词分为很多种，比如comedy喜剧片，detective movie侦探片、action movie动作片、adventure movie冒险片等等。

意义：喜剧、喜剧片;滑稽;幽默;

不规则形式：pl. -ies

Eg1：This comedy of contemporary manners is told with compassion and acid humour.这部当代风尚戏剧杂糅了悲悯的情怀和尖酸的幽默。

Eg2：Jackie sees the comedy in her millionaire husband's thrifty habits.杰姬觉得自己的百万富翁丈夫的一些节俭习惯很是滑稽。

二、detective movie的应用

意义：侦探片、侦探电影

Eg1：It was'Death on the Nile '. Mum said it was a very exciting detective movie, telling about a murder on a passenger ship which led to two other murders.妈妈告诉我，这是一部很刺激的侦探电影，它讲述的是在客船上发生了一起谋杀案，导致了俩起连环谋杀的故事。

Eg2：Wow.It maybe a detective movie.I like very much.哇，那可能是一部侦探片，我非常喜欢看。

三、action movie的应用

意义：动作影片

Eg1：Do you want to see an action movie or a comedy?你想要看动作片还是喜剧片?

Eg2：This is pretty unlikely tor this particular action movie.对这部特殊的动作片而言，这一方案很不靠谱儿。

四、adventure movie的应用

意义：冒险片

Eg1：Eragon is a fantasy and adventure movie based on the novel of the same name, by youth author Christopher Paolini. 《龙骑士》是根据少年作家克里斯多弗-鲍里尼同名小说改编而成的一部奇幻、冒险影片。

Eg2: Fox is bringing Romancing the Stone to the big screen again, swinging into development a remake of the1984 adventure movie and tapping Daniel McDermott to write it. 福克斯将翻拍1984年的冒险片《寻找宝石》，将其再次搬上大银幕，并请丹尼尔bull;麦克唐莫特操刀改编。

Eg3: I'd like to ask her to see adventure movies on Sunday.周日我想约她一起去看冒险片。
